This establishment was constructed in 1933 and is done in an art deco style which is not usually seen in this area. The Georgian hotel is located on top of a cliff overlooking the Pacific and has great ocean vistas. This also has a wonderful location, close to the activities in Santa Monica as well as close to all of the fun activities to do in Los Angeles.
For those who wish to stay in Beverly Hills, the well known five star Beverly Wilshire is amazing. It is a Four Seasons hotel and is located in the heart of Beverly Hills on Wilshire right near all of the designer shopping spots on Rodeo drive. It is not unusual to see celebrities either staying at this historic hotel or eating there as it is known as a who’s who kind of location for the wealthy and famous. This hotel was made even more famous from the motion picture Pretty Woman that shot quite a bit of the movie there.
Another Beverly Hills hotel that is famous is the Five Star Beverly Hills Hotel located on the famous Sunset Boulevard. Although it is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, the hotel has over 12 acres of tropical gardens and beautiful grounds with pathways meandering through them. The setting is considered residential and very private which appeals to those famous people that may wish for some privacy in this celebrity laden town. The locals have referred to the hotel as the Pink Palace for many years.
