Health Care Provision.
Under the State Scheme of another country, you and a dependant can receive health care if you plan to relocate, and not work, in that other country. There are different “E” forms depending on your age.
If you are under the pensionable age, and can still get UK benefits, then you have to fill out the E106 form. This only lasts for a short while, and after that time is up you don’t get any more coverage.
If you are 60 or 65 or over, and receive the UK pension then you can fill out the E121 form.
For short holiday trips there is the E111 form which is only good for low cost, or free emergency care.
